This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address! The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you that, we have reviewed your documents thoroughly and examined the answers to the PBF Energy Interview Questions; you have been selected and approved to work with PBF Energy by our human resource management team. PBF is one of the largest fuel suppliers to independent distributors and re-sellers in the North America’s market.

We wish to congratulate you and we will be delighted to have you as an employee with PBF Energy and we are pleased to inform you that you have been selected as Estimator - Project Manager.

Since a Temporary Work Permit (TWP) is required for foreign workers wishing to work in Canada, an application to the Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is under processing. This will enable us to obtain your TWP. Furthermore, we have contacted the Immigration Services in Montreal (Quebec) regarding your visa processing. The same has been authorized and forwarded to the Canada High Commission in India. You are requested to contact the Canada High Commission in New Delhi, India. The officer-in-charge of visa processing unit at the High commission of Canada for further processing using the below information:

Also considering the limited time at our disposal, we have requested a speedy process for your visa and the officer-in-charge at the high commission of Canada will be of great service. You are expected to resume duty on or before March 4, 2019.

Be advised that all relevant documents should be submitted as per visa policy. You are requested to forward a copy of your Appointment letter to the officer-in-charge at the visa Processing Department at the High Commission of Canada. Necessary documents required have been forwarded to the High Commission already for processing. We will render further assistance to you throughout your work visa process if necessary.

As mentioned in your contract letter, visa expenses will be borne by you which is refundable upon arrival. However, the company will take care of your air ticket once the visa is issued. You will have to keep contact with the officer-in-charge of visa processing department and also forward scan copies of the document below.

1.) Scanned copy of your employment letter
2.) Company Contract Agreement Letter
3.) Scanned copy of your original Qualification Certificates
4.) Scanned copy of your employment letter from your present or previous company (If Any)
5.) Scanned copy of your International passport (First & Second Pages) and photo size.
6.) Your current residential address proof and a National identity card of your country of origin.

Note: Your monthly take home salary will be directly credited to your bank account that the Company will open for you. The payroll Administrator will provide you with the details upon your arrival. You are entitled to all allowances stated in your employment letter, free accommodation in the company housing units through our allocation plan. There are other benefits the company will provide as per the terms and condition of your employment which will be as per company policies and the same will be reviewed from time to time.

You will be entitled to monthly starting salary of CAD 10,750/- (Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Canadian Dollars). You shall receive your payment on or before 6th of every month.
