This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address! With UAE job scams the fake job scammer usually sends you to a scam travel agency to collect fees. In the UAE, the employer is responsible for all employment fees. Don’t pay anything up front. Non-UAE Nationals (Category A)

CERTIFIED APPOINTMENT LETTER

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

After successive evaluation of your Job Application, we resolved that your experience and qualifications would be a good fit to our work force. You have been appointed to the position of [ESL INSTRUCTOR] Category (A) here in UAE.

Jumeirah Model School-UAE hereby agrees to appoint you to work with our team as a full-time employee in Jumeirah Model School-Dubai, UAE with a basic monthly salary of AED45,500 (Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Emirati Dirham only).

Salary exchange rate conversion (3.67 United Arab Emirates Dirham equals to $1 United States Dollar) Employees shall also be entitled to overtime allowance if employee work time exceeds the official stipulated hours. Salary shall also be liable to increments with time at employees' official promotions and position in service.

YOU WILL BE ENTITLED TO THE FOLLOWING ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS:

This shall be provided for as deemed appropriate, and will be paid by employer. Quality single or family housing, free medical care for you and your family through the duration of contract.

Air tickets for you, spouse and children (Family category) only. Air ticket for Single employee also.
Furniture allowance up to AED 55,000 (Yearly) for single employee’s category or up to
AED 85,000 (Yearly) for married employee’s category, according to the rules applicable in Emirates of UAE Government.
Relocation Allowance: Relocation allowance will be paid to you before coming to UAE together with your one-month upfront salary once
you start the process of your traveling/working documents as directed.

BENEFITS: Travel Insurance, Health Insurance, 3 Bedroom Flat /Family accommodations, 1 Bedroom Flat /Single accommodation, Free Education for Employees children. Medical indemnity cover, Personal life and accident insurance, first class (whole family). Travel allowance. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family.

RESUMPTION DATE: You would be expected to resume duty on the 05TH of January 2022 (Flexible, can be extended on application). The job offered contract is three (3) years and ending on 2025. RENEWABLE (The contract will be renewed upon agreement of the two parties.)

WORKING HOURS:

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) approved our working hours from 7.45am to 2.30pm, Sunday to Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays are Holidays. Time spent by workers on commuting from their house to the workplace is not including in the working hours.

JOB LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Prior to resumption as inscribed above, you shall be expected to start your job processes by acquiring and procuring your necessary Employment Visa Entry permits and Health Insurance Authorization Papers with the (CORPORATE MIGRATION SERVICES-UNITED ARAB EMIRATES) on its earliest acquisition, you will receive all your due entitlements/ emoluments prior to resumption of duty to enable you settle all domestic necessities before embarking on project trip and avoidance of excuses leading to delays on your side.

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL: All Employees are entitled to 45 days Paid Leave yearly, which can be taken once at a time or as required by employee.

HOLIDAY LEAVE/SICK LEAVE: Entitled to all school holidays, vacations and sick leave.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In view of your assigned duty, you must effectively perform to ensure results. Your performance would be review as per the School’s Performance Management System. We expect you to work with a team of prime experienced personnel with the mandate to provide excellent services. Employee shall render expert Services with due skill and proper care, maintaining the highest professional standard at all times

ACCOMODATION / TRANSPOTATION & MEALS:

We shall make available for you and your family furnished House accommodation of international standard or we give you accommodation allowance (Annually) and Monthly Transportation Support. Dietary options, Customized cooks and Dieticians are available options.

MEDICAL EXPENSES:

Employer will provide the employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract, and follow­on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

TERMINATION NOTICE PERIOD:

Termination without Cause. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon (60) Sixty days prior written notice to the other. Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate this agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 30 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.

ON TERMINATION:

On termination of this contract, you will immediately give up to the school all correspondence, specifications, formulae, books, documents, market data, cost data, literature, drawings, effect or records, etc. belonging to the school or relating to its business and shall not make or retain any copies of these items.

SUBMIT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WHEN MOVING TO UAE SCHOOL FOR JOB: As a group (A) category employee, you needed to process your application through our officially appointed travel agency CORPORATE MIGRATION SERVICES –UAE and obtain your traveling papers including Work Permit/Residence Papers, Health Insurance Plan within seven (7) days you received your offer letter.

We need the above-mentioned documents to continue processing your application, to secure your Emirates ID card, Labour Card and to Register your data as our full Employee with the Ministry of Labor (MOL) UAE government portal. You will join us at due time as stipulated above for your job resumption date and also to enable you receive your first one month upfront salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with us.

NON-UAE RESIDENTS:

It is our official rules that any expatriate coming to the UAE to work in JUMEIRAH MODEL SCHOOL -UAE as a non-UAE Residents shall pay the costs of processing his or her employment traveling documents including residence permit/ Contract Health Insurance plan through UAE government selected and approved travel agency CORPORATE MIGRATION SERVICES -UAE, to handle the documents processing in our local immigration within seven (7) working days of received this offer letter.

MANDATORY POLICY: It is our official policy that our employees must pay the value cost of processing and obtain the Non-UAE traveling papers including Employment Resident permit, Contract Health Insurance purchasing cost and MOL Certificates through our officially appointed travel agency CORPORATE MIGRATION SERVICES -UAE to obtain all the required documents.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT:

The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation to UAE to join our team or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents, immunizations etc. Reimbursements shall be paid not more than Five (5) Working days from submission of report/and receipts as proof of payments.

CONTRACT/BOND WITH PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS: It will be your personal responsibility to discharge all obligations arising out of any contract or bond with previous employers.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: You will not, at any time, without the consent of the school disclose or divulge or make public except under legal obligation, any information regarding school affairs of administration or research carried out, whether the same may be confided to you or become known to you, in the course of your service or otherwise
