This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address! Dear Applicant,

After review of your resume and educational background and qualifications by the recruitment team, we are so much impressed and satisfied to offer you a position in Bennett Jones Inc as I believe that I will be satisfied with your work and inter-personal relationship.

It's never in our tradition to reveal the details and documents of our workers to anyone, but only to the authority, and in no doubt I know and I've heard much about your country and their behavior that is the reason I'm so much interested in you.

Find the employment agreement documents which is attached with this mail for you to fill with your correct information and up to your knowledge. Kindly return with scanned copies of your international passport, credentials and passport photograph via email. You are required to print out the documents and forms, fill-up all required column and append your signature where necessary and clearly for further employment process and for your work residential permit approval by the Immigration Section so kindly do the needful and get back to us with the signed documents on time.

Also your Visa confirmation will be sent directly to the Canada Embassy in your location for your Visa stamping, biometric capturing and the collection of your travelling documents.

If employed, you will undergo a few weeks orientation course to enlighten/orient you on the work/duty assigned and role expected.

Your designation will be disclosed in your appointment letter.

IT IS AGREED that the Employer will employ the Employee and the Employee will work for the Employer on the following terms and conditions:
Contract period: 5 years
The 5 years of employment will be the Contract period and may be extended by the
employer if the employee request in writing after the completion of the contract period. The employee is entitled to A FIVE (5) WEEKS VACATION PER YEAR.

Article 1 Hours of work
The Employee’s normal working days and hour shall be from Monday to Friday -9:00 am to 5:00pm.The Employee may be required to work such further hours at 5 pounds / hour as may be necessary to fulfill his/her duties or the needs of the business whenever possible . For part- time employees, entitlement to holidays, sick pay, and all other benefits is based on the hours worked compared to those worked by a full time employee. Article 3 Payment
Payment is at the rate of C$4,900 monthly after all deduction, Payment method shall be by bank transfer and actual due date is 28th each month.

Article 4 Benefits
After the completion of Number of weeks / months continuous employment, the Employee will be entitled to one official car, Quality single or family housing accommodation (up to 3 people) in company community.

Article 5 Expenses
The Employer will reimburse all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Employee during the operation of his/her day to day duties, subject to production, within one month, of written evidence of expenditure, where procurable.
The Employer reserves the right to require the Employee to take any unused holiday during his/her notices period, even if booked to be taken after the end of the notice period.

Article 6 Holiday payment
Employee will be entitled to five (5) weeks paid leave annually. You will be paid at basic rate; the first such leave becomes due after completion of six (6) month continuous service. The company shall bear the cost of Air fare for vacation trip for employee and 3 other family members.

Article 7 Absences due to sickness or injury
In the event of incapacity due to sickness or injury the Employee must advise Employer not later than Time to report sick on the first day of absence. Full reasons must be given at this time.

If the Employee is absent for more than seven days, he/she must on the eighth day of absence provide the Employer with a medical certificate from a General Practitioner stating the reason(s) for absence and provide subsequent certificates to cover any subsequent periods of absence.

The Employer will, at the expense of the Employee, submit to a medical examination by a registered medical practitioner nominated by the Employer and shall provide blood, urine or other like specimens for analysis if so requested.

Article 8 Confidentiality
The Employee may not either during or at any time after the termination of his/her employment with the Employer disclose to anyone other than in the proper course of his/her employment, any information of a confidential nature relating to the Employer, the Employer’s customers or suppliers and shall further not use any such information in a manner which may either directly or indirectly cause loss to the Employer. Confidential information includes (but is not limited to) financial information, commercial information, technical information, sales and marketing information and trade secrets.

Article 9 Gratuities
The Employee must immediately report in writing to Employer any offer by customers, suppliers, distributors and other such persons having a similar connection with the Employer, whether actual or prospective, any offer of gifts or services. The Employee must not accept or agree to accept such offers without the prior written agreement. This applies to any gifts or services offered directly or indirectly from any person firm or company with whom the Employer conducts business or may conduct business.

Article 10 TERMINATION
After confirmation of your employment, notice of termination of employment will be One (1) month notice in writing or One (1) Month salary in lieu of notice from either party. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Company shall be entitled to terminate your employment without notice, indemnities and compensation in any of the following events:
If you are, in the opinion of the Company, guilty of dishonesty, misconduct or negligence in the performance of your Duties;
ii) If you have been found to have committed a serious breach or continual material breach of any of your duties or Obligations;
iii) If you are found to have made illegal monetary profit or received any gratuities or other rewards, in cash or in kind, out of any of the Company’s affairs or any of its subsidiaries or related companies

Article 11 Other employment
The Employee must devote the whole of his/her time, attention and abilities during his/her hours of work to his/her duties for the Employer. The employee may not, under any circumstance, whether directly or indirectly, undertake any other duties during his/her hours of work under this employment.

Article 12 Computers
The Employer has a detailed IT, Communications and Monitoring Policy, a copy of which is available The Employee is required to read the policy and rules and take the necessary steps to comply. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action and, in serious cases, dismissal.

NOTE
Employer will be responsible for Employee VISA application Fee, Include Employee Flight ticket while Employee will be responsible for his/her medical bills and any other personal expenses

Employee is entitle to A free private furnished self-apartment suitable for family will be provided by the Employer in case Employee wish to come along with two (3) of his/her family member

Free feeding three (3) times daily, Free shopping twice in every two months for principal applicant.
