INTIAL BASIC SALARY AND ALLOWANCE: - As per your Designation. Your Starting salary will be (57,918 to 4, 19,523
Rs/-) Per month in Hand. Apart from the basic salary, you will be the eligible for (Type of allowance, such as housing
allowance, travelling expenses, Entertainment allowance, cost living allowance, medical Expenses Etc) per month.
You be receiving your salary by the (1t to 5th date) of every month. The company has right to increase your salary and
allowance as per company policy. Your exact salary will be made to know immediately after the interview.

WORKING HOURS HOLIDAY AND LEAVES: - Normal working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Rotational shift 2 holidays in a week. Employees are provided with the opportunity to take 24 paid leave accrued at the rate of 2 leaves per month. The company also provides 24 annual holidays announced at the beginning of every year. Except for emergencies and medical reason leaves will be granted only on 3 days prior notice and approval by your seniors.

RULES & REGULATIONS: - Training after selection (One week if you interested/otherwise you can complete your
training in your nearby office. It is used for training new employees and in the internal training classes. Each new
employee must participate in the training programs of the follow in contents. (1)- Training about the company
regulations, structure, history, culture, etc. (2) - Training about the programs for each position.

NOTE :- For 28% GST Reasons you have to make the payment by Paytm or Debit Card/Credit Card (Through IVR it's fully secured). After the confirmation of your refundable interview security fee. The company will sent you your visitor pass (Gate pass) with the entry authorized access code with your thumb impression & Air/Train Ticket on your postal address through speed post via courier before five days of the interview.

Your call latter and Air Ticket will dispatch very shortly after receiving your confirmation of security deposited in to the Bank The amount will be refunded to you at the Day of your Interview by cash (Whether you selected or Not).

AMOUNT REFUNDING PROCESS-SPICEJET AIRWAYS LTD has promised every single applicant a total refund with 28% GST of the security amount being deposited on the same day of the interview in both condition whether you are selected or not in the interview. It is just a security amount to make sure your presence on the day of interview.
