We have just received the following from a target of this gold fraud who almost fell victim to these scammers. The two fake documents attached where sent by these fraudsters.
From: Hakim Toure <tourehak75@gmail.com>
My Name is Hakim TOURE.

I am the General secretary to the Mali Local Miners Cooperative Union (Coopératifs des Minières du Mali) We are the bigest Local Miners Cooperative Union in Mali with 3, 682 members and 6 Active and productive Mines. We produce between 75kg and 200 kg gold monthly.
We urgently need buyers for our gold. Honest and capable buyer must be willing to visit Mali to sign a long term contract with the community chiefs.
We wish to mechanise our Mines and need to sell 159KG (22+ Carat, 94%+ Purity) to purchase modern mining equipements.
If you have the capacity for any of the above task, please contact me ASAP.
Hakim Toure
Please find attached our certificates and license. You can add me on whats-app on +223 64 97 54 01. For any further question or details

We are not a company but Local Miners Cooperative Union. We don't need a website to sale our product but the transit Company who will handle all transaction has website. www.baflogisticml.com That is the logistic company website.

Upon your arrival we will make the gold available, the gold will be tested at the government laboratory the DNGM. The Mali government will issue all certificates after all export taxes have been paid by the appointed logistic company.

Kindly let the transit company know you are contacting them in reference of Mr Hakim Toure,

If you want I can also send you our mining certificates and license for your clarification.
