This fraud targeting potential victims of the COVID-19 Pandemic was setup by Cameroonian Telesphore Teta responsible for over 130 similar scam websites. Details: https://www.stop419scams.com/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=7831
Telesphore Teta setup these scam sites for expatriate Cameroon scammers living in various countries many as part of an organised criminal organization collaborating by setting up bank accounts in one country in order to receive stolen funds for an accomplice scamming in a different country thereby making successful prosecution more unlikely.
