Here is how the scam works. The scammers will say they are affiliated with Nestles and have no warehouse so that the victim has to be an account that is supposed to belong to Netles. It does not. The export license they send to you is fake also. If you pay the 30%, you will lose it!

It will take a maximum of 1-2 days for your containers to be loaded before our TRUCKS transport them to ROTTERDAM Port for eventual Shipment to Libya.
PLEASE NOTE:
A. You will be making the Payment directly into NESTLE ACCOUNT'S. We will give you NESTLE ACCOUNT'S Account and our reference number for purchase so that you can pay directly to them emphasising our company purchase reference
code which we will give you (so that they will easily IDENTIFY that the payment is coming from us).
B. Before NESTLE even allows us to enter their warehouse facility for loading, they must first confirm with their accounts department if we have made the payment for the order we are coming to load. And on our part, we will have to present the receipt of payment at the security control before we will be allowed accessed into their facility.
2. Because its your first time to do business with our company and because we want to establish a very protracted business relationship with your company we will go with you with the discount price as listed below:
24 tins x 400gms (Load ability in 20'FCL -1100 cartons) EUR €22.50 per carton of 24 Tins.
Kindly evaluate if you are ready to proceed and revert to us with your company details, your consignee details in
hong kong if it is different from you company deatils and your exact quantity order so that we can issue a proforma
invoice for your order.
