Can you even qualify for a Canadian Visa? LMI's are only for highly skilled persons. Anyone using free email addresses without websites should not be trusted when it comes to job offers!!
Here is the information from the Canadian Embassy on getting a work permit. You can get one yourself if you are eligible! You do not need to pay anybody but the Canadian Embassy itself.
